I've been selling homes across Central Illinois since 1975, and I've been named a Champaign County Top 5 REALTOR® year after year. Most of my work is with sellers — people downsizing out of a house they raised a family in, and families settling an estate who have to sell one without the person who lived there. Every sale comes down to the same two things: working out what the house will actually bring, and then working hard to get it. Before anything else I come out and walk the property with you. Not three comparable sales averaged into a number — the property itself: condition, finish, what's sold nearby and why it brought what it did. Then I tell you what yours would sell for and what you'd actually net after everything comes out of it. About half an hour, and there's nothing to sign. When you're ready, my 10-Day Selling System goes to work, built around getting your home in front of the most buyers in the days when attention is highest — because that window is where the price gets set.
